Mayor Adrian Perkins has declared a Public Health Emergency for the City of Shreveport. This declaration was filed with the Clerk of Court's office earlier today. It takes effect April 2, 2020 at 6:00 PM and remains in effect until May 2, 2020 at 6:00 AM.
