Temporary Online Payment Disruption
Our Infrastructure Team will be performing scheduled server maintenance this Sunday, November 9, from 12:00p.m. to 6:00pm.
During this time, the online water bill payment system (UMBS) will be temporarily unavailable. Customers will still be able to make payments by phone, but account balances may not be available during the maintenance window.
This work is necessary to ensure reliable service and system performance.
