“Paint Your Heart Out Shreveport” is an annual paint program administered by the City of Shreveport. The program is designed to provide painting and make minor exterior repairs to the homes of low-income elderly, and/or disabled citizens within the city limits of Shreveport.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

If interested in completing this form, please respond no later than 3:00 p.m., Friday, November 5, 2021. All responses shall be mailed to Marcia Nelson, Management Assistant, Department of Community Development, Post Office Box 31109, Shreveport, Louisiana, 71130 or hand delivered to 401 Texas Street, Shreveport, Louisiana, 71101, (318) 673-7499.
