Request for Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for Professional Services
Submission Deadline: Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at 5:00pm
The City of Shreveport is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from experienced, highly qualified consultants to provide a feasibility report that evaluates the grocery store potential and demand in the Martin Luther King (MLK) area of Shreveport, LA. MLK is in Zip Code 71107 in North Shreveport and is bounded on the north by the city limits, which is an east-west extension of Alladin Lane, on the west by Roy Road, on the southwest by I-220 by-pass, and on the east by McCain Creek.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The city must be in receipt of an original and three (3) copies of the proposal complete with all attachments, on or before the above date. These deadlines are firm as to date and hour. Proposals that arrive after the deadline or incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Diskettes, facsimiles, will not be accepted. The SOQ must be signed by the applicant’s Board Chairman, CEO, Director, or President. All proposals become the property of the city of Shreveport.
