Property Standards

Services

Property Standards bill the citizens for payment of services which the city initiates to make a property safe for the surrounding properties. These services may include any or all of the following actions:
  • Grass cutting
  • Securing or boarding up a structure
  • Demolishment of a structure
  • Attorney's fees

Billing

The Revenue Cashiers receive payments for these charges. If charges are not paid, they may be added to the Property Tax Bill. Questions concerning your Property Standards bill can be mailed to the address:
