Employees can log into
ESuite H.R. Portal to review paycheck stubs, to request address changes and changes to beneficiaries and dependents. Some of these changes require documents to be uploaded. View the tutorial on how to upload documents below.
For questions, employees will need to contact their department's Timekeeper. For a personalized enrollment session (
optional): schedule your appointment with a Call Center Benefits counselor at
www.myenrollmentschedule.com/shreveport (call originates from area code 850).
You may also make an appointment by calling 866-998-2915. If you leave a message, your will return call will be from area code 850.
You must have your ESuite login setup prior to appointment sessions.
