Step Aerobics
SPAR offers step aerobics at designated centers. Step aerobics:
  • Can help release stress since the workout is fun and enjoyable
  • Create social connections with others because the exercise sessions are in groups
  • Has a positive impact on mental health
  • Helps burn calories
  • Helps improve gait and balance with strength training
  • Provides endurance training, which helps maintain the health of our cardiovascular system
  • Provides flexibility training that enhances joint movements

Step aerobics is suitable for all ages, the cost is low, and has no restrictions on where it can be done.
