Please don’t delay! You only have until Thursday, December 19th at 5:00 PM to get your letter on the “Santa Express”!

Nick Robberson, Division Manager of Recreation for Shreveport Public Assembly & Recreation (SPAR), announced that the children of Shreveport and Bossier will once again be able to send their letters directly to Santa via the Santa Express through 5:00 PM, December 19, 2013. “This is a great way for SPAR to be a part of your Christmas and help get letters to Santa,” Mr. Robberson said.

Santa will reply to all letters he receives. Please include a return address with your child’s letter to ensure delivery.

The “Santa Express” mailboxes are in two Shreveport locations. Letters may be dropped at either location:
• The lobby of Government Plaza located downtown at 505 Travis Street (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM)
• Bilberry Park Community Center located at 1902 Alabama Street (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM).

Letters may be dropped off until 5 PM on Thursday, December 19, 2013 (remember to include a return address).
