The Mayor has declared a weather emergency for today due to the widespread power outages and downed power lines throughout the City. 

Non-essential workers are advised not to come in today. Employees involved in storm cleanup, public safety or related activities are still required to be on the job today. To all of you, we appreciate your service today.

We ask that employees who do not have to travel this morning stay off the roads, as has been requested by law enforcement.
