City of Shreveport Employee Furlough Questions & Answers

Employee eSuite Portal:  Log in to an existing account or activate an account.  To activate an account employees will need the following to log into the eSuite Portal:

  • Employee Last Name, as it appears on Payroll documents.
  • City of Shreveport email OR personal email address
  • Social Security Number.

Pay Insurance Premiums online: Employees who elected to Voluntary furlough can pay insurance online.  

  • This link has a service fee of $3.00 or 3% if over $100.00
  • You will need your Employee ID, which can be found in the eSuite Portal.
  • Contact your department’s Timekeeper if you have questions or need assistance.
