Zoning Hearings are held once a month. The meetings are usually held at  2:00 p.m.  in the:

If a person wishes to apply for rezoning, special exceptions uses or  variances, they must complete the appropriate  application  by the filing deadline  and return it to the:

There are several types of applications: 

• Day Care Centers  - gives instructions on applying for day care center approvals, shows filing deadlines, agenda cut-off dates, and hearing dates, and has a copy of the application for viewing and printing. Download Day Care Center Approval Application

• General  - gives instructions on applying for general rezoning, shows filing deadlines, agenda cut-off dates, and hearing dates, and has a copy of the application for viewing and printing.

• Mobile Home & Secondary Residential Structures gives instructions on applying for mobile homes and secondary residential structures (mobile home or conventional housing), shows filing deadline, agenda cut-offs dates, and hearing dates, and has a copy of the application for viewing and printing.
