Deposit Requirements
(a)
(1) Prior to opening any new water or sewerage account, any customer whose service has been disconnected for late or
non-payment of charges at any address within previous years shall be required to post an account deposit.
(b)
(2) Any water or sewerage customer whose service has been disconnected for late or non-payment of charges shall be required to
post an account deposit prior to the restoration of service.
(1) Deposits when required shall be in the following amounts:
