Here at the City, we are ready to "help you help yourself" when your water bill is too much to pay at one time. This service is only available to a customer twice in a 12 month period. To qualify for assistance, you must have received a "Cut Off" statement. To apply for this service, contact your Customer Representative at 673-5510. Qualification for this program must be made with one of the agencies below: Caddo Community Action Agency (318) 861-4808 Socialization Services (318) 636-5284 Both these agencies require Proof of Income and your most current Water Bill .
