Automatic Payment - Bank Draft (Debit Payment)


Customers may now have their checking account automatically debited for the amount of their water bill. This convenient service is free to the customer allowing worry free payment of their account on the date the account is due.

To apply for this service, follow these easy steps.
  1. Contact your Customer Representative at 673-5510 between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM to request an application.

  2. If you are sending this information on-line, please print a copy to send in with your cancelled check.

  3. Please send a blank check with void across the front with a copy of the application to the address specified on the form. The voided check will remain in Your File and is used to verify all information is correct. The name on the checking account and the name on the water account must be the same.
It takes 2 to 3 months to start drafting your account, so please continue to pay your bill in the usual manner. Once Debit Payment is in effect, your water bill will say" DO NOT REMIT PAYMENT". Until you see this message on your bill KEEP PAYING YOUR BILL.
