Cross Lake Construction Permit

The Cross Lake Permit is for construction or repair of boat houses within the 172 foot contour line which constitutes the Cross Lake Watershed.

The party responsible for performing the improvements must complete the permit including a diagram of the structure and obtain the appropriate signatures as listed on the bottom of the permit.

Permit Cost
Project Cost	Under $3,000	Over $3,000
Residential	$30.00	$4.00 per $1,000 in Project Cost
Commercial	$30.00	$5.00 per $1,000 in Project Cost

The permit must be "walked through" by the customer/contractor. A building permit will be issued after the Cross Lake Permit is approved.
