Glover. | “I was extremely proud to accept this award on the behalf of Mayor Glover, the citizens of Shreveport, the City Council, Property Standards Bureau, Department of Operational Services, Caddo Animal Control and our City Court for the collective leadership, support and dedication that continues to make Shreveport a cleaner, safer and better place to live, work and raise a family.” |
