To help small business owners understand the small business loan process, the City of Shreveport is offering a unique and valuable seminar Thursday August 21, 2008 at the Independence Stadium Sky Club at 6:00 PM.

Partnering with Red River Bank and Jani King, the seminar will give small business owners the opportunity to communicate a business plan and turn talents, abilities and initiatives into a successful small business. The hour long intense and informational seminar is free and open to the public.
