The Area Town Hall Meeting that was cancelled Tuesday March 18, 2008 due to extreme weather conditions, property damage and power outages, has been rescheduled for Wednesday March 26, 2008. | Mayor Cedric Glover, Police Chief Henry Whitehorn and members of SPD will meet with residents of Area Three at the Louisiana State Exhibit Museum from 6 to 8 PM. | Area Three is comprised of City Council Districts E - F - G - and A. | Residents will learn about SPD’s Area Policing Concept and meet their Area Three Team: | Westside Assistant Chief of Police – Robert Dowell | Commander Area Three – Capt. William J. Nelson | Executive Lt. Area Three – Lt. Earl Armstrong | TBONE Team | City Department Heads | The Area Four Town Hall Meeting remains as scheduled, for Thursday March 27, 2008, 6-8 PM at Southwood High School. |
