Three separate pre-disciplinary conferences were held Thursday, September 3, 2009 at the City of Shreveport’s Office of Community Development. | The PDC’s involved three city housing inspectors that were placed on leave with pay after their arrest Monday, August 31, 2009. | The PDC’s concluded this afternoon 4:20 p.m. | Two of the city housing inspectors Jackie Mandigo and Daniel LaCour were informed of their termination at the conclusion of their PDC. | The third inspector Ray Jones left the room before he was given the decision and has not been notified of the outcome of his PDC. Therefore he will be notified in writing. | All three classified employees will be notified in writing and have a right to appeal the decision to the Personnel Board within 10 calendar days of the date of the notice. | # # # | ww.shreveportla.gov |
