Ø Recommended that the MPC enter into a contract with Goody Clancy to serve as the primary consultant for the City/Parish Master Plan.
| Ø Recommended action to mutually terminate a previous contract with sub-consultant Franklin Industries, LLC in order that all such services are managed by and under the direction of Goody Clancy.
| Ø Recommended that two current notices of interest from potential sub-consultants, in addition to those previously received and those that might be received in the future, be forwarded to Goody Clancy for consideration.
| Ø Adopted a meeting schedule for 2009
| The Metropolitan Planning Commission will consider these recommendations at its regular meeting Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at 1pm in Government Plaza Chambers on the first floor.
