Doing Business with Shreveport
The Clean Water Shreveport Program will provide opportunities for engineering firms, contractors, vendors, and suppliers. The City of Shreveport is interested in all businesses participating in helping us achieve the goals of the Consent Decree particularly small and disadvantaged businesses.  Through its Fair Share Ordinance, the City of Shreveport is unique in its efforts to bring small Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), and Women Business Enterprises (WBE) into the economic mainstream of the local economy.  The Fair Share program links large firms with small Fair Share firms to deliver projects giving these smaller firms opportunities where they may not have existed in the past. Additional information on the Fair Share Program can be found here.

The City of Shreveport posts all current bids (IFB), requests for quotes (RFQ), requests for proposals (RFP), and requests for statements of qualifications (RFS) here and BidSync.com.  Current and future projects related to the Consent Decree and the Capital Program will also be posted on this website.
