RULES AND REGULATIONS

AUTHORITY: Section 94-141(A) Pretreatment Charges and Fees

I. Generators Permit Application Fee

A. Significant User

(1) Regular Permit - five (5) years $1,000.00

(2) Temporary Permit - one (1) year $200.00

(3) Modification - Voluntary $200.00

(4) Modification - Mandatory $ N/C

B. Non-Significant User

(1) Regular Permit - five (5) years $500.00

(2) Temporary Permit - one (1) year $200.00

(3) Modification - Voluntary $200.00

(4) Modification - Mandatory $ N/C

NOTE: Only generators utilizing the City's sanitary system or generators located within the City of Shreveport's corporate limits or within the Cross Lake Watershed are required to submit a permit application.

II. Collector/Transporter and Transfer/Receiving Station Permit Application Fees

A. Collector/Transporter

(1) Annual Permit Application $50.00

(2) Modification - Voluntary $25.00

(3) Modification - Mandatory $ N/C

B. Transfer/Receiving Station

(1) Annual Permit Application $100.00

(2) Modification - Voluntary $ 50.00

(3) Modification - Mandatory $ N/C

NOTE: All Collector/Transporters or Transfer/Receiving Stations that operates within the City of Shreveport's corporate limits to within the Crosslake Watershed are required to submit a permit application.

III. Disposer Permit Application Fee

A Disposer located within the corporate city limits of Shreveport or within the Cross Lake Watershed will be required to submit a Significant User Permit Application and all fees will be as stated in the significant user section of this rule.

IV. Manifest

A. Grease - Per Manifest / one (1) user $ N/C

B. Septic - Per Manifest / four (4) users $20.00

V. Disposal Fees

All fees stated herein are in addition to any fees stated in the Rate Section of Chapter 94 of Code of Ordinances of the City of Shreveport.
