August 16, 2012 - City of Shreveport Announces Water Outage and Lane Closure
3800 block of Line Avenue

A water main break in the 3800 block of Line Avenue will cause the outside lane of the northbound traffic to be closed while city crews make repairs to the water main. These repairs should be completed tonight and the lane open to traffic by morning.

There is also an 8” water main break at Fairfield and College. The northbound lane will be closed until repairs are made tonight and Public Works replaces the street.
