The event is SPAR's Senior Program annual dance for seniors.
Seniors can dress up and enjoy a social geared toward them with their own type music provided by a great DJ. Seniors are encouraged to wear their Christmas Attair. A special prize will be awarded to the Best Dressed Holiday Person! Admission is free and the general public is invited.

| | Merry Berry Christmas Festival Praise Dance & Stomp Competition | | | 12/11/2009 | 6:00PM - 8:00PM | | | Shreveport Public Assembly and Recreation (SPAR) in conjunction with the Bilberry Community Center Park Advisory Council, the West Caperton Concerned Citizens and the Shreveport Police Department, announce the Annual Merry Berry Christmas Festival Praise Dance & Stomp Competition at Bilberry Park, 1902 Alabama Street, on Friday, December 11, 2009 beginning at 6:00pm. This is the first year for the stomp competition.
The Stomp competition is open to youth 6 – 17 years of age. Registration forms are available at the Centers and online at www.myspar.org. Registration deadline for the Stomp competition is on November 20, 2009.
