Fugitive captured

A fugitive on the lam has been apprehended in Shreveport’s Highland neighborhood this afternoon.

At approximately 2:18 p.m. this afternoon, law enforcement officials received information from a concerned citizen that 30 year old Bryan Clayton Roberts had been seen in an apartment in the 1700 block of Highland Ave. Shreveport Police patrol officers responded to that location and, after making contact with an occupant inside the apartment, found Roberts hiding in a bathroom there. Officers were able to take Roberts into custody without incident. Bryan Roberts was transported to the Shreveport City Jail where he was booked in as a fugitive.

Officers arrested two other suspects who were inside the apartment at the time of Roberts’ capture as well. Tommy Harley, 30 years old, of the 1700 block of Highland Ave. in Shreveport, and Loree Harley, 32 years old, of the 1700 block of Highland Ave. in Shreveport, were both booked into the Shreveport City Jail on one count each of accessory after the fact.
