Shreveport Police seeking armed robbery suspect

Shreveport Police need your help in identifying and apprehending a pair of suspects who robbed a convenience store last night.

At approximately 9:48 p.m. on December 21, 2009, Shreveport Police patrol officers responded to a reported armed robbery at the PS Express in the 900 block of W. 70^th St. A witness told investigators that a black male suspect approximately 5’6” to 5’7” tall, wearing a camouflage hooded jacket, dark jeans and white tennis shoes armed with a small, silver semi automatic handgun entered the store and demanded money from the clerk while the second suspect, described as a black male approximately 5’8” to 5’9” tall, wearing all black clothing with a black mask on his face armed with an assault style rifle stood at the door of the business. After receiving an undisclosed amount of money from the business, the suspects fled the scene of the crime on foot. No one was injured during this robbery.
