Shooting suspect surrenders to detectives

A Shreveport man wanted in connection with shooting 26 year old Antonio Church back on July 10, 2009 has surrendered to investigators.

Dequan Parks, 31 years old, of the 5200 block of Roberts Dr. in Shreveport, surrendered to detectives at the Shreveport Police Complex this morning. Parks has been booked into the Shreveport City Jail on one count of attempted second degree murder.
