Shreveport Police seek robbery suspect

Shreveport Police detectives are searching for a local man wanted in connection with a robbery that occurred at a west Shreveport bank last Friday.

On May 1, 2009, officers responded to the report of a robbery at the Capitol One Bank in the 5800 block of Mansfield Rd. A white male suspect entered the bank and handed a teller a note demanding money. The suspect received an undisclosed amount of money and subsequently fled the scene.

Detectives immediately began their investigation and have now identified the suspect as 35 year old Brandon Poole of the 2000 block of McCutcheon in Shreveport. Detectives applied for and received an arrest warrant for Brandon Poole charging him with one count of first degree robbery. The bond has been set at $250,000.
