Two suspects captured in connection with Patzman St. homicide

Two teens wanted in connection with the homicide that occurred on Patzman St. in the early evening hours of April 13, 2009 have been captured.

Officers with the Bossier City Police Department took 16 year old Josh Brooks into custody last night and notified Shreveport detectives who responded to interview the suspect. Josh Brooks was later booked into the Bossier Parish Juvenile Detention Facility on an order to take into custody issued by the Caddo Parish Juvenile Court for the charge of first degree murder. Officers also located and detectives subsequently arrested 17 year old Jeremy Brooks of the 100 block of Colquitt St. in Bossier City. Jeremy Brooks was booked into the Shreveport City Jail on one count of first degree murder.

Paul “P.J.” Jones 16 years old is still outstanding at this time and does have an order to take into custody for first degree murder.
