Arrest of Willie Phillips

The United States Marshall's Fugitive Task Force in Shreveport, LA, arrested Willie Phillips at 1774 Kelsey. Phillips is a fugitive from Utah and wanted by the Tooele City Police Department for the following charges:

Aggravated sexual abuse of a child

Sodomy of a child

Attempted rape of a child

Child abuse
