Shreveport Police looking for woman and daughter

The Shreveport Police Department needs the public's help in finding a mother and her daughter who have not been seen since February 4, 2009.

Tonya Gosnell and her 3 year old daughter Phyllis have both been missing since Wednesday, February 4, 2009. Both Gosnell and her daughter were last seen in the 3900 block of Sumner St. in Shreveport.

Police and family members are concerned for the welfare of mother and child, who both may be in need of medical attention. At this stage of the investigation, police do not suspect foul play but are working diligently to locate the Gosnells.
