Hit and Run suspect turns himself in

A man with a warrant for felony hit and run turned himself into authorities today.

Ricky Greer, wanted in connection with a hit and run crash that killed Brian Lacy on November 27, 2008, turned himself into the Caddo Correctional Center this afternoon. Detectives have also charged Greer with obstruction of justice.
