Missing Man

The Shreveport Police Department needs help in locating the following person who has been reported as missing:

Carlos Sims, Black Male 21 years old, 6', 260 lbs.

Mr. Sims was last seen on Saturday, 22 November 2008 at approximately 1040 hrs. Mr. Sims' vehicle, a 1994 Pontiac Bonneville bearing Louisiana license plate "RTM 446", is missing as well.

If anyone has any information regarding Mr. Sims, we are asking them to call Det. Jimmy Ray at 673-7020 or Crime Stoppers at 673-7000.
