Lost Man at police station

The Shreveport Police Department need the public's help getting a lost man home to his family.

This afternoon shortly before noon Willie Howard, Black Male DOB 5-7-1934, was found wandering a parking lot of the Circle K at Centenary and Olive by a woman.

Howard told the woman he was lost and had been wandering around the Highland area since 6:30 this morning.

The woman contacted police officers who responded to the Circle K and drove Howard around the area hoping he would recognize something, however Howard did not.

Howard had Identification on him which put his last known residence at 128 E. Topeka, but Howard has not lived there for some time.

Mr. Howard is 5'7" tall and weighs 130 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Howard knows he lives with his girlfriend, Kathy Sterling, but has not been able to remember where Sterling lives.

Currently Howard is at the Patrol Desk of the Shreveport Police Department. Howard is in good condition.

Anyone having any information on where Mr. Howard lives, or how to get in touch with Kathy Sterling is asked to call the Shreveport Police Department Patrol desk at 673-7221.
