Stabbing on Centenary

On 22 Oct. 08 at approximately 6:00 PM, Shreveport Police and SFD responded to 1900 Centenary, Oak Meadows apartment complex, in reference to a person being stabbed.

Upon arrival, officers located a 16 year old male juvenile who suffered two stab wounds and was subsequently taken to LSUHSC with what initially believed to be life threatening injuries, but followup inquiries revealed the victim was listed in stable condition. Initial investigation revealed the argument which lead to the stabbing was between two brothers, the oldest stabbing the youngest.

No names are being released pending further interviewing of witnesses and victim.
