Roy Menefee to receive National Law Officer of the Year Award

More good news on the Awards front.

Detective Corporal Roy Menefee has been notified that he received not only the local and state 40&8 Law Officer of the Year Award, but he also will be receiving the national award.

The award will be given to him in Orlando, Florida, during the week of Sept. 3-6.

This if the only national 40&8 Award received by a Shreveport Police Officer in recent memory.
