Another man arrested for Augila

Operation Aguila marked another arrest today, thanks to the apprehension of a burglary suspect in North Carolina.

James E. Clark, 48, was arrested today in Charlotte, NC, on a Shreveport warrant charging him with burglary of an inhabited dwelling.

During last week's Operation Aguila fugitive efforts, it was learned that Clark had relocated to North Carolina. He was taken into custody and is awaiting extradition back to Shreveport.

He was wanted for a Jan. 11 burglary in the 1900 block of South Brookwood. He is being looked at for other possible charges when he returns.
