Man arrested for video voyeurism

Shreveport Police detectives arrested a man on two counts of video voyeurism after he allegedly taped females engaged in sexual activity.

Douglas Chandler, 25, of the 100 block of Pantheon Lane in Shreveport, was arrested this afternoon after a victim claimed he secretly filmed them having sex without her knowledge or consent.

He reportedly has done this numerous times, and at least four victims have been located.

A tape of the sex acts was seized as evidence, and it is believed that there may be more tapes created.
