Three members of the Shreveport Police Department will be promoted today in a 2 p.m. ceremony in the Police Assembly Room on the second floor.
Kim Price, who has been with the department since February of 1982, will be promoted to captain. Dewayne Malone, with SPD since August of 1986, will be promoted to lieutenant, and Janice Dailey, with the department since April of 1992, will be promoted to sergeant.
