DARE event

Today between 12:30 and 2 p.m. will be a DARE Day Celebration at Municipal Auditorium.

Young people from throughout the city are displaying their talent and hear words of encouragement to remain drug free and violence free.

The showcase of talent will allow the young people to know that there are positive alternatives. Not only can the talent be seen through sports, but also through song and dance.

The first performance was this morning. The second performance is taking place NOW. In total, between 2500 to 2800 fifth grade students will see the shows.
