Shooting in the 1200 block of Sprague

The names of the victims from this past Saturday's shooting are:

Christopher Hastlette w/m 6-13-84 (deceased)

Kendra Hill w/f 10-2-80 (deceased)

Troy J. Crayton w/m 4-29-83 In LSUMC/SICU in serious condition.

The investigation continues. Detectives have leads in the case and are following up on them at this time.

Shreveport Police Violent Crimes Investigators are determining what prompted the early morning shooting of three people today in the 1200 block of Sprague Street.

At approximately 8:13 this morning, police responded to a call from a citizen regarding the shooting of at least two, possibly three persons who were occupants inside a Green vehicle. Upon their arrival, the vehicle had left the scene prompting a local area search of hospitals and the surrounding area.

At approximately 8:50 AM, patrol officers located the vehicle on Anna Street, West of Sycamore with the bodies of three gunshot victims inside, 1 w/male and 1 /female, both had been fatally shot and a third w/male was critically injured and taken to LSU Med Center with life threatening injuries.

Shreveport Police Crime Scene Investigators processed the scene, impounded all evidence including the vehicle and have spoken to numerous citizens at both locations. The investigation is ongoing and at the time of this release, the suspect(s) is still outstanding.
