Promoted to Assistant Chief of Police

Captain Wayne E. Smith

Promoted to Captain

Lieutenant Rodney L. Price

Promoted to Lieutenant

Sergeant Brian W. Strange

Promoted to Sergeant

Corporal IV Henry V. Rogers
