Stabbing on Milam

One man is in the hospital this morning after being stabbed by his girlfriend after an argument over car keys.

Shortly before midnight officers responded to the 1600 block of Milam after relatives called saying Bobby Ray Powell, Black Male DOB 9-29-66, had been stabbed by his girlfriend.

Powell suffered several wounds to his chest and arms after his girlfriend Theresa Dallas, Black Female DOB 10-24-1969, stabbed him.

Theresa left the scene after stabbing Powell but was later picked up in the 1600 block of Ashton and charged with one count of Aggravated Second Degree Battery.
