Police seek two suspects

Police Searching for Man Connected to Stolen Firearm

Shreveport police are looking for DiMario Cortiz Johnson in connection with a firearm stolen in November of 2007. Johnson allegedly purchased the gun from another man, but has since refused to cooperate in identifying this person.

The firearm went missing from a home in the 4700 block of Westwood Park and was eventually recovered in the 500 block of East Stoner.

Johnson is a 20-year-old black male, 5’9”, medium build, hailing from the 2700 block of Willis St.

Police Seek Man Involved in Break-in

Shreveport Police are in search of Anthony D. Smith for allegedly breaking into the residence of his ex-girlfriend in the 300 block of West 74th in December of 2007 and again in February of 2008.

Smith is a 32-year-old black male, approximately 5’9”, 145 lbs. Smith is also known as Chris or Christopher Brown.

Smith may be residing with a current girlfriend in the 500 block of Christopher, or with his mother in the 400 block of East 85th. Police have been unable to apprehend him at either location and family members have been uncooperative.
