Three arrested at Capri Video

Shreveport Police Department's Vice Unit conducted an undercover operation at an adult novelty and movie theater late Wednesday, making three arrests.

Those arrested were Willie Ray Moses (also known as Will Moses), 27, of Shreveport; Michael Kavanagh, 62, address unknown, and Luther Westmoreland, 54, of Hughes Spring, Texas. All were charged with one count of obscenity.

During the Vice Unit's operation, each of the three men were observed masturbating separately between the hours of 11 p.m. and midnight inside the theater portion of Capri Video, which is located in the 2000 block of Nelson Street.
