6 year old succumbs to injuries

The Shreveport Police Department learned late this afternoon that Satonia Small's daughter has passed away.

The police department learned this sad fact shortly before 5:30 PM this evening. Detectives will be in contact with the District Attorney's office next week to determine what if any changes to the charges facing Satonia Small.

It is unknown to the police department as to how she died this afternoon. We hopefully will have this information Monday.
