Shooting suspect sought

The Shreveport Police need the public's help in finding a man who shot two men Tuesday on Rightway.

Tuesday afternoon just after 3:30 PM officers responded to a shooting at 4707 Rightway and located 2 victims suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Victims told investigators a black male who goes by the nickname of "Ugly Blood" shot them while they were sitting inside a gray 2008 Cadillac.

During the course of investigation Marcus Coutee, a black male DOB 10-4-80, was positively identified through a photo line-up.

Detectives have secured a No Bond Warrant signed by Judge L. Emanuel, for Attempted First Degree Murder.

Marcus Coutee's last known address is in the 4800 block of Werner.
