Man wanted for sexual offenses update

Caddo Parish Sheriff's investigators arrested this subject in Vivian about 11 p.m. He was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center.

Thomas is 19 years old and his last known address is Vivian.

Shreveport Police are looking for a man charged with having sex with children.

Jakarey A. Thomas, also known as "J-Rock", is wanted for one count each of aggravated rape, indecent behavior with a juvenile and felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile. The victims in the cases are ages 6, 11 and 12. The latest incident occurred on Dec. 27, 2006, when the 11-year-old reported that he had been raped by the suspect while the 6-year-old victim was present.

The investigation revealed other victims in which offenses occurred in Caddo Parish.

A warrant by Judge Jeanette Garrett was signed today. Thomas is believed to be in the Bossier City or Vivian areas. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Detective Janice Dailey at 673-6955 or Crime Stoppers at 673-7373.
