"Understanding Schizophrenia"

Community Support Programs Inc. will be conducting "Understanding Schizophrenia" training to officers today at the Shreveport Regional Police Academy, 6440 Greenwood Road.

The training is taking place every 15 minutes and runs from now until 4 p.m. today. It includes a "virtual reality" lesson, so officers can understand what is going on in the mind of a schizophrenic.
