Police seek person of interest in Joiner homicide

Shreveport detectives want to question a Shreveport man about a murder that occurred in late January.

Stephen Robinson, 21, of the 1500 block of Clover is being sought for questioning in the death of 55-year-old Claiborne Ray Joiner of Shreveport. He is considered a person of interest.

Joiner was found deceased in a trash can behind a church in the 4000 block of Orla Street. He had been shot.

Anyone with information about Robinson's whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 673-7373 or detectives at 673-6955.
